The Management of ECT Ltd. is committed to adhering to agreements with stakeholders, ensuring the increase of their satisfaction, complying with any legislative obligations concerning its operation, its goods, and achieving continuous improvement in all areas.
ECT Ltd. sets as its main goal the development of harmonious cooperation relationships with customers and the continuous satisfaction of their requirements. To achieve this goal, the Company has adopted a customer-centric approach regarding the critical processes that are measured, analyzed, and improved with a view to increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving the Quality System.
For these purposes, the management has established a documented Quality System on which the Company’s operation is based. The Company’s personnel is aware of the Quality Policy and has received the appropriate training, in order to be able to meet the requirements of their job position. Everyone strives to avoid, identify, and immediately report errors and their potential causes and, within the scope of their jurisdiction and responsibilities, to prevent their occurrence and take the necessary actions to eliminate them.
The management of the Company is committed to providing the necessary resources (know-how, logistical infrastructure, training) for the smooth and efficient operation of the company, as well as a clear framework for the establishment of quality objectives, the achievement of which it measures and monitors.

This Quality Policy is reviewed annually to ensure that it remains appropriate for the purpose andcontext of the company’s operation, supports its strategic direction, and is communicated and available to all stakeholders.
