The terms of Use described below constitute a set of conditions for accessing and using the website “ect.com.gr” (hereinafter referred to as “the website”) and the services it provides. Please read carefully the terms of use before proceeding with the use of the services of the website.The terms of use apply to all users of the services provided by the website. In any case, the access and use of the website itself constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of its terms of use. Users are obliged to comply with the terms of use and remain personally and solely responsible for all their actions during the use of the Website.

“ECT Ltd” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) reserves the absolute right to modify, without prior notice, the terms of use of the website. The use of the website and of its content constitutes tacit acceptance on behalf of the user of the terms of use, as applicable.

The website operates under the supervision and management of Chrysostomos Zampetakis (hereinafter referred to as “the administrator”), member of the Athens Chamber of Commerce with Registration Number 340360.
2. Website Content
2.1 The term “content” refers indicatively and not restrictively, to information, texts, photographs, software, programming code as well as interactive features offered through the services provided by the website.
2.2 The content of the website constitutes an element of exclusive intellectual and industrial property rights of either the Company (“ECT Ltd”) or third parties cooperating with the Company and is under the protection of the relevant intellectual and industrial property provisions of Greek and European law and international conventions and treaties.
The Content may be temporarily copied to the memory of a personal computer for the purpose of simple reading. It is expressly forbidden for this Content to be transferred, sold, assigned, licensed (with or without consideration), commercially exploited, copied, modified, reproduced, retransmitted, transmitted, distributed, sold or downloaded in any way or means by Users and/or any third party.
The Company provides exclusively to the users/visitors of the website, without the right of further assignment/transfer to Third Parties, a license to use the software, only for the time/period that is necessary for the use of the Website in accordance with the Terms of Use.

3. Regulation of use of services
3.1 A prerequisite for the use of the services provided by the website is the full and unconditional commitment that any use of the website will not contravene these Terms of Use.

3.4 The administrator reserves the right to permanently exclude a visitor who repeatedly violates the Terms of Use of the website. In addition, the administrator may proactively terminate access if there are indications of malicious use of the website by third parties.
4. Interruption of services and access
The administrator of the website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate a visitor’s access to all or any part of the services of the website, at any time, with or without notice and with immediate effect, as a result of the violation of these Terms of Use by the visitor of the website.
